Being a By-lace to amend Bye-law Number
266/75 limiting the number of automobile
service stations and public garages
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
i. Section A of Part 2 of By-law Number 266/75 is
hereby repealed and the following substituted
therefor:
A. The number of public garages which may be
operated or used in the Town of Pickering
is limited to 33, being those listed in
Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached herei.o.
2. Schedule 1 to Appendix "A" attached to tare said
By-law is amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
William Virdiramo, carrying L.35, C.5 H
on business as Virdiramo Gas
& Variety
and by adding thereto the following:
Andy DCarlo and Franco R.R.#l, H
DiCarlo, carrying on business Locust Hill,
as DCarlo Gas Bar & Vzri-may (L.35, C.5)
3. Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached to the said
By-law is amended by adding thereto the following:
Triple B. Service 1010 Brock Road F
& Tire, Inc.
By-law read a first, second and third time and "PASSED
