Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of a Working Rights Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
The Ministry of the Environment and
Ontario Hydro with respect to Part Lot 20,
Broken hunt Concession, Range 3
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Working Rights Agreement between the
Corporation of the T-mm of Pickering and
The Ministry of the Environment and Ontario
Hydro with respect to granting temporary
working rights over a portion of Sandy Beach
Para, in connection with the expansion of
the York Durham Sanitary Sewer System.
