BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement between the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering and Parcival Developments
Limited with respect to Lot 116, Plan 350,
Town of Pickering (LD 305/76)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF DICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement between the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and Parcival Developments
Limited with respect to Lot 116, Plan 350,
Town of Pickering (LD 305/76).
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
