Being a By--law to authorize the execution
of Easement Agreements with the Directo',
The Veterans' Land Act, and with John Richard
Wilson and ;Edith Diana Wilson, respecting a
drainage easement on Lots 103 and 104,
respectively, Plan 1051 (Parts 2 and 2,
Plan 40R-3755).
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to construct and maintain certain
storm drainage facilities on, along or near the lot line between
Lots 103and104, Plan 1051, to ensure the proper drainage of
storm water:
and WHEREAS the owners of those lots, being the Director, The
Veterans` Land Act (Lot 103) and John Richard Wilson and Edith
Diana Wilson (Lot 104) have agreed to provide an easement to
the Town for those purposes oi certain conditions:
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
an Easement Agreement between the Director, The Veterans'
Land Act and the Town of Pickering respecting a drainage
easement along the south side of Lot 103, Plan 1051
(Part 1, Plan 40R-3755).
2. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby further authorized to
execute an Agreement between john Richard Wilson and
Edith Diana Wilson, on the one hand, and the Town of
Pickering, on the other hand, with respect to a drainage
easement along the north side of Lot 104, Plan 1051,
(Part 2, Plan 40R-3755).
