Being a By-lair of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to repeal part of By-lags
4166/72 and 4245/72 amending Restricted
Area By-law 3036.
WHEREAS, By-laws 4166/72 and 4205/72 were passed by Council on
April 4th 1972 and June 5th 1972, respectively, to place holding
zones on certain properties.
AND WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to permit development to
now occur on lands in Part Lot 24, Concession. 1, Town of Pickering.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering hereby enacts as follows:
1._ By-laws 4166/72 and 4205/72 are hereby repealed
cnly insofar as they affect those lands in Lot 24,
Ccncession I, Town of Pickering that are hatched
on Schedule "A" hereto.
