Being a By-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to authorize the
execution of an agreement between the
Corporation of the Tows of Pickering and
Proctor & P.edfern Limited with respec-tto
the Liverpool Community Secondary Plan
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute an Agreement between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and Proctor &
Redfern Limited with respect to tl-.e preparation
of the Li-?,•erpool Cor-aunity Secondary Plan.
