THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPOW ION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HERESY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The 'Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Lot Grading Plan Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Robert Fleming Allan Birrell and Glenna Birrell
with respect to Part of 35, Plan 350
(LD 324/76)
