Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of a Demolition Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Nick Rohwer Construction Limited with
respect to the removal of a foundation
from those lands included in Plan 40R-
3532
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Demolition Agreement between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and !nick Rohwer
Construction Limited with respect to the
removal of a foundation from those lands
included in Plan 40R-3532.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this 0 day of 1377.
