THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW 'NUMBER
Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of a Site. Plan Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Shell Canada Limited with respect to
Part of Lot 22, Range 3, Broken Front
Concession, Town of Pickering
WHEREAS by decision dated March 24, 1977 the Committee of
Adjustment of the Town of Pickering approved a variance from
the provisions of By-law 2520 on, condition that the applicant
(Shell Canada Limited) enter into a satisfactory Site Plan
Agreement with the Town of Pickering:
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION Or THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1_.' The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Site Plan Agreement between the Corporation
o the owl! of Pickering and Shell Canada.
Limited with respect to Part of Lot 22,
Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Trian of
Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this day of • 1977.
