THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING

Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement between the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering and the Municipality
of Metropolitan Toronto respecting a
pedestrian foot bridge over the Rouge
River
WHEREAS the Municipality' of Metropolitan Toronto has
requested permission from the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering to erect a pedestrian foot bridge o.er the Rouge
River;
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
has agreed to grant such permission subject to certain
terms and conditions,
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute an Agreement between the Corpora-
tion of the Town of Pickering and the
Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto
respecting a pedestrian foot bridge over
the Rouge River.
