THE CORPORATION OF THE TOM OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER ? 7/ ? `7
Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of an agreement to--amend the subdivision
agreement, dated December 10, 1973 between
Simon-henry Kagtyn'Estates Limited and
the Corporation of the Township (now Town)
of Pickering (Plan M-10+0)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of By-law 4472/73,
passed by the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering on December 17th, 1973, the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering entered into a subdivision agreement
with Simon-Henry Kaptyn Estates Limited with respect to those
lands now known as Plan M-10140;
AND WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of The Regional
Municipality of Durham Act, 1973, the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering is the successor to the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering;.
AND WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to amend the said
agreement in certain respects;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Administrator-Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute an 'agreement respecting the extension of the
time limit for the construction of underground services
and `amending the subdivision agreement dated December 10,
1973 between the Corporation of the Township (now Town)
of Pickering and Simon-Henry Kaptyn Estates Limited,
with respect to those lands now known as Plan M-1040.
