1HE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF PXCKERING
BY-LAW ' }
Being a Restricted Area By-law to implement
the Official Plan of the Township of Pickering
District Planning Area, Region of Durham, in
Block 0-1, Plan M-1059, Town of Pickering.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TM_TN OF PICKERING ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:-
1. The property shown in Schedule "A" attached hereto, being
all of Block 0-1, Plan M-1059 and currently zoned "A"
(Agricultural) by Restricted Area By-law 3036 is hereby
rezoned to One-family Detached Dwelling Fourth Density R4.
2 Restricted Area By-law 3036, as amended, is hereby further
amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to tho
provisions of this By-law.
3. No part of this By-law shall come into force without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject to
such approval, the By-law shall take effect from the date:
of passing thereof.
