Being a By-law to repeal By-law 4144/72
amending Restricted Area By-law 3036, as
amended.
WHEREAS By-law 4744/72 was passed by Sze Council of the Corpora-
tion of the Township of Pickering on February 21, 1972 and never
obtained approval from the Cntario Municipal Board;
AND WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to repeal the provisions
of By-law 4144/72,
NOW THEREFORE TEE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
11 By-law Number 4144/72 be and tb? same is hereby repealed.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS DAY OF 1977
