Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement between the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering and Silvio Tachella
with respect to Lots 89, 90 and 91, Plan 816,
Town of Pickering (LD107-108/76)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE 1G'WN of PIC:KERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement between the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and Silvio Tachella with
respect to Lots 89, 90 and 91, Plan 816, Town
of Pickering (LD107-108/76).
