THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PIC'KERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1.
The `Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement between the Corporation of the
Town of Pickar4 g and John Morrison Lickley
and Ruth Ann L tkley with respect to Lot 1000,
Plan M-12, Town of Pickering, (P CA 331177).
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this 1'1 7-- day of 1977.
