Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of a Subdivision Agreement
between the Corpc: ition of the Town
of Pickering and - -vin Construction
Lim4.ted with respect to parts of
Lots 79, 80, 81 and 84 and all of
Lot 82 and part of Milton Road,
Registered Plan 350.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOW! OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be authorized
to execute an Agreement between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and Elvin Construction
Limited with respect to parts of Lot 79, 80, 81
and 84 and all of Lot 82 and part of `Milton Road,
Registered Plan 350.
By-Law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of T? 1477.
