Being a By-law to auttorize the
execution of an Agreement between
the Town of Pickering and the Pickering
Panthers Junior Hockey Club covering
the construction of aii additional
change-room at :he Don Beer Sports
Arena.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PIC RING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be authorized
to execute an Agreement between the Corporatioi.
of the Town of Pickering and the Pickering
Panthers Junior Hockey Club with respect to
the construction of an additional chrange-room
at the Don Beer Sports Arena.
