THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING

Being a By-:law to amend By-law 3071 regu-
lating and 'licensing the er-ction and
maintenance of signs
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
gassed on December 29th, 1955 By-law Number 3071 regulating and
licensing the erection and maintenance of signs in the Township
(now Town) of Pickering;`
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to a;Ynend that By-law at this
time:
NOW THEREFORE TKE COUNCIL OF THE CORPOAATION OF THE TOWIN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 8 of said By-law is hereby revoked and the
following substituted therefor:
8. Any person who contravenes any of the provisions
of this By-law shall be liable upon conviction
thereof to a fine not exceeding Three Hundred
Dollars ($300.00) for each offence, exclusive of
costs, recoverable under the provisions of The
Summary Convictions Act.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
