DISPOSITION
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOW OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER
A By-.law of the Corporation of the 'Yawn
of Pickering to appoint a Transi' Director.
WHEREAS R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, Section 352, Subsection 63
authorizes the appointment of certain officers for the purpose
of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient and desirable to appoint a
Transit Director;
BE IT THEREFORE, ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the 'Town of
Pickering that:
1. Leslie F. Dickout, be and is hereby appointed
Transit Director for the Town of Pickering and
shallcommence his duties on July 11th: 1977.
2. The duties of the said Transit Director shall
be those as defined in the pertaining job
description and from time to tine by the
Administrator-Clerk.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of Ll 1il, ?.r, 1977.
