THE CORPORATION OF THE TOW O PICKERING
BY-LAW NLUIMER
A By-law of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering to appoint a Director of
Recreation.
WHEREAS R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, Section 352, Subsection (53
authorizes the appointment of certain officers for the purpose
of the Corporation;
AND `WHEREAS it is deemed expedient and desirable to appoint a
Director of Recreation:;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the 'T'own o=
Pickering that:'
1. Thomas J. Quinn, be and is hereby appointed
Director of Recreation for the Town of Pickering
and shall commence his duties on July llth 1977.
2. Tne duties of the said Director of Recreation
shall be those as defined in the pertainina job
description and from time to time by the
Administrator-Clerk.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
