1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Condominium Agreement between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and The Lincoln/Governor
Group, Inc, with respect to Part of Lot 28,
Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Town Gf Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this 47A, day of 1977.
