Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement between the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering on the one hand and
Murray V. Jones and Associates Limited and
the Environmental Applications Group
Limited on the other hand with respect to
the preparation of the Frenchman's Bay
Water and Shoreline Development Plan for
the Town of Pickering
WHEREAS in Resolution 55/77, made April 4th, 1977, the
Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering authorized
the retention of ,Murray V. Jones and Associates Limited and
the Environm-ntal Applications Group Limited to complete the
Secondary Plan within the Frenchman's Bay area;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF`PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
an Agreement between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering on the one hand and Murray V. Jones and
Associates Limited and the Environmental Applications
Group Limited on the other hand with respect to the prepara-
tion of the Frenchman's Bay Mater anc Shoreline
Development Plan for the Town of Pickering.
