THE CORPORATION OF THE, TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER L -5 ; € j i
Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of a Discharge of Mortgage from the
Corporation of the Toga of Pickering to
T.M.L. Distributors Limited with respect
to a mortgage on Part Lot 18, Range 3,
Broken Front Concession (Part 3, Plan
44R-3303), Pickering
WHEREAS T.M.L. Distributors Limited, a corporation incorporated
under the laws of the Province of Ontario, mortgaged, by document
dated November 26th, 1976 certain land in Lot 18, Range 3, Broken
Front Concession, to the Town of Pickering in consideration of the
sum of one Hundred and Sixty Nine Thousand Dollars ($169,0()0.00)
AND WHEREAS that mortgage document was registered in the Registry
Office for the Registry Division of Durham on December 10th, 1976
as Instrument Number D39399;
AND WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of that Mortgage, T.M.L.
Distributors Limited has satisfied all money due on or to grow due
on the said Mortgage;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor an6 Clerk are hereby Luthorized to execute
on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
a Discharge of mortgage from the C.orpiu ation of the
Town of Pickering to T.M.L. Distributors Limitee., a
corporation incorpos:ated under the laws of the Province
of Ontario; with respect to a Mortgage dared November
26th, 1976 and made by T.M.L. Distributors Limited 0
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and registered
in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of
Durham on December 10th, 1976 as Instrument No. D39399.
By-law read a first, second, d third time and PASSED
this 14 day of , 1977.
