THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKE NG
BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement between the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering and Zan MacPherson
Associates L.mited.with respect to the
preparation of a Secondary Plar. (District
Plan) for the Hamlet of Claremont
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of Rasolution 25%77, made
by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering on
February 2lat, 1977, the final terms of reference to a Secondary
Plan (District Plan) for the Hamlet of Claremont have been
established, and a final price lower than the original estimate
obtained;
AND WHEREAS those final terms of reference and that final
price are acceptable;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to executed
on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
an Agreement between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Ian MacPherson Associates Limited respecting
the preparation of a Secondary Plan (District Plan) for
the Hamlet of Claremont in the Town of Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this ?D, day of irk 1977.
