Being a By-law of the Corporation of the
'own of Pickering to authorize the
execution of a Site Plan Agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Peter Balder, Parts 1 and 3, Plan
40R-3572.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN, OF PICKERING 14EREF4
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
I. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk
be authorized to execute a Site Plan. Agreement
between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Peter Balder with respect to a condition
imposed as a result of a nand Divisior Committee
decision, Parts 1 and 3, Plan 40P-3572.
