execution of a Subdivision. Agreement

Pickering and Alves Construction Limited
in Part Lot 29, Registered Plan 509,
Block AG, Plan M-997.

ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
I. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk
be authorized to execute a SuLZivision
Agreement between the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and Allies Construction
Limited with respect to Part Lot 29,
Registered Plan 509, Block A.G, Plan M-997.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of 1977.
