Bung a By-law to revoke By-Laws 391/76,
427/76 and 474/76
WHEREAS on April 20th, 1976 the Council of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law 391/76 amending By-law
176/75;
AND WHEREAS on June 21st, 1976 the Council of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law 427/76 amending By-law
176/75;
AND WHEREAS on September 20th, 1976 the Council of the
Corporation o the Town of Pickering enacted By-law 474/76 amen`ina
By-law 176/75;
AND WHEREAS on A arU 7th, 1975 the Council of the Corporation
of the Vown of r-_okeri:ng enacted By-law 195/75 which, in part,
repealed By-law 176/75;
NOW THEREFOI(E THE COUNCIL OF TEE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN. OF
DICKERING HERESY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Hy-la 391/76, 427/76 and 474/76 are hereby revoked.
By-law read a first, aecond and third time and PASSED
