THE CORPORATION OF 2'HE TO'V7N OF PICKERING
BY-1-AW NUARBFR --
Being a By-Ian of the Corporation of the
Town of Piekerzng to authorize the
execution of an Offer to Purchase between
the Coporation of the Town of Pickering
and Her Majesty the Queen, in right of
the Province of oi-,tario, as represented
by the Minister of Housing with respect
to road v denings on the 5th Concession
(Parts 1, 2, 4, `5' and +6, Reference Plan
40R-3579)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICNERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1• Thal, the Mayor and Clerk be au',horized:
to execute an Offer to Purchase betweer
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Her Maiesty the Queen, in right of
the Province of Ontario, as represented
by the Minister of Housing with respect
to required road widenings on the 5th
Concession, more particularly described
in Reference Plan 4vF-3579, Parts 1, 2,
4, 5 and 6.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed this
day of "IVIL , 1977.
