THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By--law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement between the Corporation of
the Town of Tickering and the Durham Board
of :Education respecting the construction and
operation of tennis courts located on the
site of the Rosebank Public School
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION Or THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement betwaeen the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering and the Durham Board of Education
respecting the construction and operation of
tennis courts located on the site of the
Rosebank Public School.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this tf; day of 1977.
