Being a By-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to authorize the
execution of an Agreement of Purchase and
Sale between the Corporation of the 'own
of Pickering and Alves Construction L41r,.ited
with respect to Block Q, Plan M-437.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERit G HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Administrator-Clerk to
authorized to execute an Agreement of
Purchase and Sale between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and Alves Con-
struction Limited with respect to Block
Plan M-437.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSFE this
day of L 1377.
