BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-lazy to amend By-law Number
266/75 limiting the number of automobile
service stations and public garages
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule 1 to Appendix A attached to By-law 266/75,
as amended by By-law 512/76, is hereby further
amended by deleting therefrom the fallowing:
William Virdiramo, Lot 35, H
carrying on business Concession 5
as Virdiramo Gas and
Variety
and by adding thereto the following:
Evaristo Pinaretta, Lot 35, H
carrying on business Concession 5
as Mike's Gas Bar and
Variety
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
