DISPOSITION
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW N'U'MBER J t
Being a By-law to amend By-law Number 265/75
regulating and licensing the operation of
public garages
WHEREAS By-law Number 255/"75, passed July 21st, 1975, regulates
and provides for the licensing of the operators of public
garages;
AND WHEREAS it is desirous to amend that By-law in part;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 14 of By-law 265/75 is hereby repealed
and the following substituted therefor:
14. Any person who contravenes any of the
provisions of this By-law shall be liable
upon conviction thereof to a fine not
exceeding One Thousand Dollars 451,000.00)
for each offence, exclusive of costs,
recoverable under the provisions of The
Summary Convictions Act.
