Being a By-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to authorize the
execution of a Development Agreement
between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and David 'Lee Jenkins
Part Lot 35, Concession 1 (M 13/76)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOU11 OF PICKERTNG HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayer and Administrator-Clcrk be
authorized to execute a Development Agreement
between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and David Lee Jenkins with respect
to condition of Modification to minister's
Zoning Order # M 13/76, Part Lot 35, Concession 1.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of L* 1977.
