THE CORPORATION OF HE TOWN OF PICKERING

A By-law of The Corporation of the Town of
Pickering to levy such rates against all of
the assessed properties in the Tou°n of
Pickering as will be req=sired to cover the
1977 requisition from the Regional Municipality
of Durham.
WHEREAS the Regional ?Municipality of Durham has requisitioned
the Council of the Town of Pickering for a certain sum of money
being the Town's share of the operating and capital costs of
Regional Government for the year 1977.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the ToeVn of Picker.i.ng
1. That there be raised, levied and collected from,
and upon all the rateable property in the Town
of Pickering, the rates and sums set out in
Schedule "A" attached hereto.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
