Being a By-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to authorize the execution
of a Subdivision Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Dungarvan!Investments Limited, Gillingham
Investments Limited and Highcroft Invest-
ments Limited (Lots 13 - 17, 34 - 38, and
Part Block B, Plan M-1017 Draft Plan 18T-75053)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized
to execute a Subdivision Agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Dungarvan Investments Limited, Gillingham
Investments Limited and Highcroft Investmentz
Limited with respect to Lots 13 - 17, 34 - 38,
and Part Block B, M-1017)
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
ILI- day of 1977.
