HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 605/77IR AV r Y Y~ LAW REPEALED Y REPEALS AMENDED BY AMENDS THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER L C: -7 Being a By-law to amend By-law Number 266/75 limiting the number of automobile service stations and public garages THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION, OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached to By-law 266/75 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following: Nel's Auto Service 933 Dillingham Rd. F Unit 1 and by adding thereto the following: Charles N. Neal, 933 Dillingham Rd. C carrying on business Unit 1 F as Nel's Auto Service 2. Any licence issued pursuant to By-law 266/75, as amended by this by-law, to Charles N. Neal, carrying on business as Nel's Auto Service, shall be subject to suspension, cancellation or revocation, at the discretion of the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering, upon the pre- sentation of evidence satisfactory to the Council that the Licencee is not in compliance with any or all of the following requirements: (a) there shall be no more than two (2) motor vehicles kept for sale or stored at the Licencee's premises at any one time; (b) all motor vehicles kept for sale or stored at the Licencee's premises shall be kept or stored inside a fully enclosed building; (c) no sales advertising on exterior signs at the Licencee's place of business shall be permitted, save and except the inclusion of the word "sales" in the name of the Licencee's business. 3. The provisions contained herein shall in no way affect the rights and obligations of the Licencee pursuant to By-law 266/75, By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this day of ,f , 1977. r, f-.
