BY-LAW NUMBER
A By-law of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering to adopt the 1977 Budgets
of the 'Down of Pickering and to provide
for the levy of the required rates.
WHEREAS tH2 Council of the Town of Pickering is required
to raise various sums of money to cover the gown's 1977
Budget estimates.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Town, of
Pickering:
1. That the 1977 Budgets be adopted.
2. That there be raised, levied and collected
from and upon all of the rateable property
in the Town of Pickering, or areas as created
under, specific By-laws, the rates and sums
set out in Schedule "A" attached hereto.
READ a, first, second and third time and PASSED in open Council
this 4WC day of ??1977.
