r, By-law of the Corporation of the Town
?.)f Pickering to levy such rates against
all of the assessed properties in the
Town of Pickering as will be required
to cover the 1977 requisitions from the
Durham Board of Educaticn and the Durham
Roman Cahtolic Separate School Fioard.
WHEREAS the Durham Board of Education and the Durham Roman Catholic
Separate School Board have requisitioned tine Council, of the Town of
Pickering for certain sums of money being the Town's share of the
1977 operating and capital costs of various Elementary and Secondary
Schools under their ;urisdiction.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Town of
Pickering:
1. That there be raised, levied and collected
from and upon all rateable property in the
Town of Pickering the rages and sums set out
in Schedule "A" attached hereto.
READ a first, second and third time and PASSED in open Council
this day of , 1977.
