Being a By-law to authorize the execution;
of an Easement Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Silvio Tacheyla with reso_ect to Part Lots
1. 2 and 37, Plan 283
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN O PICT ERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute an Easement Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Silvio Tachella with respect to Part Lots
1, 2 and 37, plan 283.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
