Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of a Site Plan Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada
with respect to Part Lot 28, Range 3,

THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOtv'i+ OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS `FOLLOWS
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute a Site Flan Agreement between the
Corporation of the :.awn of Pickering and The
Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada with respect
to Pat Lot 28, Range 3, P.F.C. (P CS 109/76).
By-law read a'first, second and third time and PISSED this
