THE CORPORATION OF THE TOW* OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER 5 901-7-7
a By-law to amend By-law Number
3910/70, regulating and licensing
driving schools and instructors.
WHEREAS By-law Number 3910/70 gassed November 17th, 1970,
regulates and provides for the licensing of driving schools
and instructors;
AND WHEREAS it is desirous to amend that Ay-law in part;
NOWTHEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TO%N OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 16 of By-law 3910/70 is hereby repealed
and the following substituted therefor:
16. Any person who contravenes any of the
provisions of this By-law shall be liable
upon conviction thereof to a fine not
exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)
for each offence,, exclusive of costs,
recoverable under the provisions of The
Summary Convictions Act.
