of a Servicing Agreement Letween the
Corporation of the Tour: of Pickering and The
Regional Municipality of Durham with respect
to the installation of services on proposed
road in the Brock Tvidustrial Area
(r art 5, Plan 4DR-3158
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION 'F arm" TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS
1. The Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute a Servicing Agreement
between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and The Regional Municipality of
Durham with respect to the installation of
services on proposed road in the Brock
Industrial Area Part 5, Plan 40R-3158.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
