of a Site Plan Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering are,
Nick Rohwer Construction Limited with
respect to Lots 35, 36 and Part Lot 37,
Plan 283, Parts 1 and 2 Plan 40R-3532,
(LD 461/76)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOW OF PICKERING HF,F_1EBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a Site Plan Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering a.id
Hick Rohwer Construction Limited with respect
to Lots 35, 36 and Fart Lot 37, Plan, 283,
Parts l and 2, Plan 40R-3532, (LD 461/76).
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this IM day of 1977.
