Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of a Development Agreement between the
Corporation o` the Town of Pickering and
Fireside Custom Homes Ltd. with respect to
Part Lot 42, Plan 1041 (LD551/76) and Part
Block N, Plan M-1057 (LD70/77)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS 'FOLLOWS
1. The Mayor and Clerk beauthorized to execute
a Development Agreement between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and Fireside Custom
Homes Ltd. with respect to Part Lot 42, Plan 1041
(LD551/76) and Part Block N, Plan M--1057
(LD70/77)
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this aday of R ? 1977.
