Being a By-las-; to authorize the execution
of a Develocr-,ent Aa_reement between the
Corporation of the `T'own of Pickering and
Jack Jacobsen Construction Limited with
respect to Lot 43, Plan 1043 (LD533-6/76)
HE COUNCIL OF TUE CORPORATIO". OF TFE TOWN' OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS.:
1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Development Agreement between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and Jack Jacobsen
Construction Limited with respect to Lot 43,
Plan 1041 (LD533-6/76).
By-law read 'a first, second and third time and PASSED
this day of , 1977.
