THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN of FICKFRINC HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS
1. That the Mayor and Adininistrator•-Clerk he authorized
to execute an agreement between The Corporation of
the 'T'own of Pickering and Ontario dousing Corporation
with respect to the financing of the provision of
36 senior Citizens Units known as Project Number
Pickering OH-2 (Block A, Plan M-1045) - Foxglove Ave.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of _r , 1977.
