Being a By-law to amend By-lac. Nl=,ber 266/75
limiting the n-=fiber of automobile service
stations and Public garages
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section A of part 1 of By-lass 266/75 is hereby
repealed and the folio*.:ing substituted therefor.
A. The number of auton)bile service stations
which may be operated or used in the Town
cf Pickering is limited to 34, being
those listed in Schedule 1 to Appendix "A
attached hereto.
2. Section A of part 2 of By-law 266/75 is hereby
repealed and the following substituted therefor:
A. The number of public garage's which may be
operated or used in the Town of Pickering
is limited to 31, being those listed in
Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached hereto.
Schedule 1 to Appendix "A" attached to the said
by-law is amended by adding thereto the following:
Sheridan, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile Ltd., A
1800 Kingston Road,
Pickering, Ontario.
4. Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached to the said
by-law is amended by adding thereto the following:
Sheridan, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile Ltd. C
1800 Kingston Road, D
Pickering, Ontario. F
