THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICF;ERING FXREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS;
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
an agreement between the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering and The Metropolitan Toronto and
Region Conservation Authority with respect to
Part 2 on Plan of Reference 40R-3430.
