THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-IJAW NUMBER ?b -11-7 -7
Being a By-lass to a?na By-law No. 266/75
limiting the ntmiber of automobile service
stations and public garages
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOM OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule 1 to ;Appendix "A" attached to By-law 266/75
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom reference to:
Thor Nicolaison and Jack 698 Kingston Road
Banman, carrying on business
as International Trading and
Reconditioning Centre
and by substituting therefor the following:
Thor Nicolaison, carrying on 696 Kingston. Road
business as Viking Auto Centre
2. Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached to the said by-law
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom reference to:
Thor Nicolaison and Jack- 698 Kingston Road
Barman,' carrying on business
as International Trading -and
Reconditioning Centre
and by substituting therefor the following:
Thor Nicolaison, carrying on 698 Kingston Road
business as Viking Auto Centre
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of MAOL/ 1977.
