THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKER C
BY-LAW NUMBER 1
A By-law of the Corporation of
the Town of Pickerinq to appoint
members to the Town of Pickering
Public Library Board, and to
repeal By-law Number 362/76
WHEREAS the Public Libraries Act, R.S.O. 1970, c.381, under
Section 5, Subsection 1, provides for the appointment of
members to a Public Library Board;
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OP THE `OWN OF'PICKERING ENACTS
that the following persons shall comprise the Library Board
of the Town of Pickering and shall serge for the term indicated:
1. The following members are hereby appointed for the
periods' indicated:'
Mr. John Coates to `December 31, 1978 (Council)
Mr. Donald Kitchen tc'December 31, 1978 (Council)
Mrs. Joyce bawler to December 31, 1979 (Public School)
Mr. Herbert Wank to December 31, 1978 (Public School)
Mrs. Julie Mooney to December 31, 1977 (Separate School)
Mrs. Agnes Blakeley to December 31, 1977 (Separate School)
2. The following shall continue as members for the periods
indicated:
Mr. W. Gordon Duncan to December 31, 1977 (Public School)
Mrs. Gwen Mowbray to December 31, 1979 (Council)
Mrs. Muriel Henderson to December 31, 1979 (Council)
By-.law Number 362/76 be and the same is hereby repealed.
